- Attachment B Details Attachment A Pricing RFQ LC10QFP007-TSPE The Library of Congress intends to issue an RFQ on behalf of FEDLINK customer Combined Arms Research Library (TSPE) to procure services for microfilming bound library materials. The Combined Arms Research Library, a FEDLINK customer agency, intends to acquire microfiche for 730 bound works, consisting of approximately 146,224 pages. The scope of this project includes shipping, preparation of the bound volumes for microfiche filming, filming, processing, polysulfide treatment of the master film, and quality control. The filming must conform to ANSI standards and RLG preservation microfiliming guidelines. No telephone calls will be accepted. All responses to this synopsis shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
