- Answers to questions received as of Fri 10 Sep 10: Q1. Would NGA be willing to entertain a partial submittal? A1. Yes since at this point we are conducting market research to determine what sources are available to provide the required services. Q2. Has there been an independent government assessment for the value of this solicitation? A2. No. Q3. In the PWS, there are references to Attachments 2 and 3, as well as Annex 1; will these documents be available for review to assist in response? A3. No, not for this Presolicitation. Q4. In connection with this Presolicitation, page 2, 3rd bullet, please explain what's to be addressed under "Delivery: Identify expected delivery timelines applicable to the above items." Clarification is appreciated. A4. How long do you need from award date to begin full delivery of services? What and when are the milestones for start-up? And/or similar. Q5. Is this project considered a new requirement? A5. Yes. Q6. What is the submission date? A6. 17 Sep 10. Q7. Would NGA consider procuring this contract as a Small Business Set-Aside? A7.
