- J&AKeylessEntryTEMFs Using the Simplified Acquisition Base Engineer Requirements muliple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle, award was made to one of the three contractors to install the Lenel On Guard Keyless Entry System to four building. Request for Proposals were sent to all three contractors and all were found technically acceptable. Using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, award was made to SB Construction.
