- a. This modification to Task Order W912J6-08-D-0012-TN02, Project No. KNMD 09-1915, Repair Sewer Lift Stations #1/1A, Hickam AFB, HI, is to repair deteriorated pipe from new pump to the wet well at SLS 1 (Bldg 2014) and replace a non-functional 12-inch valve in SLS 1A (Bldg 2015). The Government accepts the Contractor's proposed equitable adjustment dated 20 Aug 2010; in the additional amount of $12,382.00, and extension of performance period for an additional 20 calendar days. b. As a result of this modification, the task order amount increased by $12,382.00 from $692,216.00 to $704,598.00. The performance period increased by 20 calendar days from 349 to 369 calendar days, completion date will be 20 October 2010.
