- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled CARBON PHENOLIC BILLET#NNA10345137-EMS which was posted on 09/02/2010. You are notified that the followingchanges are made: quantity of billets is changed from one carbon phenolic billet to threecarbon phenolic billets, plus option periods for additional quantities of billets.The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.
