- The Tulsa Vet Center located in Tulsa, Oklahoma requires early intervention and transistion assistance services in accordance with Public Law 110-387, section 302. This is a pilot program targeting specifically outreach, education, and referral of primarily Cherokee Nation veterans who have served in combat operations while part of the United States Armed Forces or the Cherokee Nation National Guard, with a particular emphasis on OEF/OIF veterans.
