- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 336212 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Hazmat Storage Trailer 1 (EA) with the following specifications and accessories: • 26' enclosed car trailer 1 (EA) • enclosed car trailer 8'6" wide X 6'6" tall X 26' long 1 (EA) • Aluminum trailer with 3" I - beams every 12" on center and 1" x 2.5" aluminum side posts every 16" on center. Continuous aluminum bottom rail and 5" radius upper roof rail around perimeter at trailer. • Tandem axle 5.2K rubber torsion w/electric brake. Includes (4) tire/rim LRE & 8 hole silver MOD wheel & hub cover.
