- The 36th Contracting Squadron submits this combined synopsis/solicitation as a request for quotations (RFQ)to procure the following commercial items requested: CLIN 0001: RUBBERIZED MATS Size: 3' x 3' Thickness: 3/4" Color: Black Additional Details: Cushion Ease, Anti-Fatigue Solid CLIN 0002: RUBBERIZED FEMALE MEDIUM RAMP SYSTEM Size: 2" x 3' Thickness: 5/8" Color: Black Additional Details: 2 1/2" (W) CLIN 0003: Shipping/Freight This requirement is in support of the 736 SFS, Andersen AFB, Guam. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 326192, SIC Code 3069. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and data pertinent to their ability to provide the same equipment for use in this project that meet this requirement no later than 12 SEP 2010 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of an evaluation of the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in the Contracting Officer's assessment of capable sources. FOB destination is required by the Government. FOB point is Andersen AFB, Guam. Please include shipping prices via commercial shipping directly to Guam as well as shipping to Tracy, CA. The required delivery date is 30 days ADC. Offerors must provide warranty information specific to all equipment as well as provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide this supply. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government.
