- NSN: 5340-01-408-0819, Spring Holder, Part Number 8745853-01, Acceptable Sources Aircraft Braking Systems, National Machine Company, This is an unrestricted procurement. The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery purchase order. There will be a one year base and 4 one year options. The annual estimated quantity is 13,000. Government First Article Testing is required. The required delivery is 480 days including FAT. If FAT is waived, the required delivery is 240 days. Phased delivery is acceptable. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 procedures. FOB is destination, source inspection applies. Price, past performance and delivery are evaluation factiors and are approximately equal for evaluation purposes. Drawings are not available. The estimated solicitation issue date is 10/4/10.
