This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined Synopsis / Request for Quote (RFQ). The vehicle purchased under this contract must be brand new and shall be from the manufacturers most current production. No refurbished products accepted. Detailed vehicle specifications will be provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912CM-10-T-0121 attached as a separate document to this Synopsis. The RFQ shall close on 23 Sep 2010. This procurement is being done in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
