- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure an exhibit booth space at the 2011 American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Meeting. The meeting will be held in Washington, DC on February 17-21, 2011. Champion Exposition Services is the only company hired by AAAS to provide comprehensive, event management services that includes the design and construction of the conference exhibit space, a well as audio-visual and electrical services. Therefore, no other vendor can provide these services. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.106. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
