- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes as the solicitation; a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number W9124P-W81UJF022101SV is being issued as a Request for Quotation. However, the Government intends to procure a sole source basis to provide one year of total care analytical Equipment maintenance. It has also been determined that Varian Oil Analyzers, Inc is the only source that can meet the Government requirement.
