- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Pomona Lake Kansas has a requirement for janitorial services for the Project administration and maintenance buildings. This requirement shall include basic cleaning of offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and visitor center. This acquisition shall be set aside 100% small business. This solicitation is available as an attachment below. Interested vendors must print solicitation and mail completed copy to Pomona Project office at the address indicated on the solicitation.
