- ATTACHMENT II (Past Performance Questionnaire) RFP HHM402-10-R-0302 The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a Purchase Order to procure a stand alone network that integrates a suite of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) sensors referred to as Praetorian Guard (PG) (see the attached RFP HHM402-09-R-0302 for details). Proposals for this acquisition are due by mail no later than 21 September 2010.
