THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CONTRACTORS ON THE MOBIS (MISSION ORIENTED BUSINESS INTEGRATED SERVICE) FEDERAL SCHEDULE CONTRACT UNDER SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) 874-7 (PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT).
