Description

RECOVERY: ARRA Infrastructure Funds. Architect/Engineer will provide the required HVAC designs and CD documents to make Gate 6 and the remote screening facility functional; Contractor is to meet all Life Saftey requirements and Codes. Attendance time at meeting is also included. A/E to redraw utility CD Documents for direct bury of the utilities, rather than in tunnels. This work will provide the base for the utilities contract and tunnel will be an option. This Special Award Notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, National Capital Region, has issued a Modification using the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds to add funding to an existing Contract No. GS11P10MKC0045. The project is the Design of the United States Coast Guard in Washington, DC. The ARRA Modification PC44 to this contract is issued to obligate Contract Funding.
