- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement in support of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) to create a combat casualty care textbook, as well as a cell phone application. These tasks include the preparation of a written manuscript that is ready for publication in book form. The contractor shall prepare thirteen peer-reviewed chapters appropriate for publication, which should include original and adapted images, tables, figures, and illustrations, and a series of medical procedural videos optimized for viewing on mobile phones.
