- BSM PR 0027489231. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-462-6382, Fabric Assembly, IAW Israel Aircraft Industries (CAGE 9F398), p/n DNDI22500-501. FOB Destination. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Destination inspection is required. Requested delivery is 300 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is September 24, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about October 25, 2010.
