- NOTE: Point of contract for this acquisition is 1LT Richard Kim at (217) 761-3926 or richard.george.kim@us.army.mil. The contractor will provide the layout plan, equipment, installation services, operation capabilities testing, manuals, training and a warranty necessary for a fully functional joint operations center. The contract will include: materials, tools, labor, supervision, and a one year warranty. It is the experienced contractor's responsibility to present the detailed specifications and to verify the completeness of the material lists and suitability of devices to meet the intent of this acquisition. The contract shall provide a complete operating system that is satisfactory to the Government.
