- Justification & Approval for other than full and open competition This is a proposed sole source acquisition with Advantor Systems Corporation for a Close Circuit TV system for Keesler AFB, MS. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 17 Sep 10. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 334290 and the small business standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps since paper copies will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However all proposals received before the offer due date specified on the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
