- Description
- Modification 0003 - RECOVERY - NOAA Acquisition & Grants Office awarded a $1,365,000.00 ARRA-funded modification against an existing time-and-material Task Order EA1330-10-NC-1199, under Contract GS-35F-0085K, with Systalex Corporation to develop an interface between the NOAA Grants Management System (Grants Online) and the NOAA Core Financial System (Commerce Business Systems (CBS)). This action increased the total value of this contract by $1,365,000.00 from $4,368,153.75 to $5,733,153.75. The work will be performed during the task order contracts performance period, which ends July 31, 2012. A Time and Materials task order modification continues to be the most appropriate method as it is not possible to accuractely estimate the extent or duration of support with any reasonable degree of confidence. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5.
