- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0415 is issued as a synopsis/request for a quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price and to solicit and negotiate the proposed pruchase request for competition, under the authority of FAR Partr 13.104. The contract line item numbers and description are: In order to meet the requirements of the program, appropriate and convenient lodging must be available, for the interviewee. As a result, The NAVAIR Special Recuritment Branch requires up to 100 rooms for the following dates: Item 0001-Hotel Services -Nov. 9-10, 2011 Item 0002-Hotel Services -Nov 16-18, 2011 Item 0003- Hotel Services-Feb 15-17. 2011 Item 0004-Hotel Services- Mar-15-16, 2011 Hotel must be within a 10 Mile radius of the Naval Air Station located at Patuxent River, Maryland 20670. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals However, all proposals received by 13 Sep 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
