Solicited Unrestricted, not a set aside, Other than Full & Open competition. This is a proposed firm fixed priced contract for qty of 35 EA, FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination. This is a critical application item. Required delivery is within 230 DARO, (phased delivery) acceptable or less. This is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
