- --------------------------------------------------- AMENDMENT CANCEL SOLICITATION #A56941 ON 9/9/10 This procurement is being solicited for award by SAIC-F under its contract #HHSN261200800001E for Operations and Technical support at the National Cancer Institute-Frederick, a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-F is the prime contractor charged with operations and technical support of the government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility. ----------- Please provide a price quote for the following item: 1 each cat. 800, Unitop 800L Bulk Drying Chamber or equivalent ADD THE FOLLOWING: 1 EACH START-UP AND TRAINING Specifications: 1) Must be compatible with the 25EL lower unit, to which the replacement unit will be wedded. 2) Must fit into the space available. The footprint is approximately 26 1/2" x 40" with a 3 diameter vacuum port centered 12" from the left edge. 3) The amount of temperature-controlled shelf space msut be at least 800 sq. in. or greater 4) The clearance between shelves must be a minimum of 4 inches. 5) A unit with a compressor of at least 1 hp or greater @ 208/220v. is desired to give a rapid shelf cooling and shelf temperature control between -40 and +20 degree C. 6) Must be compatible with the existing facility alarm system (REES) 7) The catalog number listed is from SP Scientific/Virtis. 8) Offerors are requested to quote on the item as specified or equivalent. 9) "Equivalent" offers shall provide a complete specifications and/or descriptive literature for any alternates offered, stating catalog number, manufacturer, packaging; failure to include complete specificatons may cause offer to be non-responsive. 11) Offerors offering alternate items may be required to provide a demonstration of their items prior to acceptance. 12) Warranty period shall be ________ months, including parts, labor and travel 13) All offers must be F.O.B. destination. 14) Any shipping charges must be identified and listed on the response for evaluation. 15) Freight over $250.00. If any freight charge exceeds $250.00 a separate invoice must be sent.
