- This requirement will consist of installing projectors, projectors screens, speakers, and LED's. This requirment will also include but not limited to procuring Podiums or Lecterns, Wireless keyboard & mouse, wireless microphone set, equipment cabinet and DVD Blue Ray player. The areas in the Armory where the installation will be done are: 1. The Administration Room, 2. The Break Room, 3. The Library, 4. The Physical Fitness Room and 5. Two Classrooms. Total approximate square feet involved in this installation is 5,298. There is a Draft Statement of Work available for review and it is strongly encouraged that interested vendors submit a requiest for a copy of the Draft Statement of Work. Due to the nature of this requirement it is Mandatory for interested vendors to be present at the Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Visit that will be held on Thursday September 16th at 9:00am at the Cabot Readiness Center located at 300 Commerce Park Drive, Cabot, AR 72023. Only those vendors that will be present at the Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Visit will be allowed to submit a quote. All vendors must be registered in CCR before contract award date by going to www.ccr.gov and registering.
