- ***THIS IS FY10 CONTEMPLATED FUNDS*** The AAC Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for PPE Lockers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, As supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F1T0EB7201AG02. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337215 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001: 22 (EA) STEEL MOBILE RED RACKS, SINGLE SIDED UNITS WITH 24" SECTIONS THAT ARE 76" LONG, 20" DEEP AND 79"TALL. TWO HANGERS PER LOCKER AND UNIT MUST COME WITH A SHELF. THE LOCKERS MUST BE ON 4" SWIVEL CASTERS AND TWO OF THE CASTERS MUST HAVE OPERATED BRAKES AND DOORS THAT CAN BE SECURED WITH A PADLOCK. CLIN 0002: 132 (EA) DRY COAT HANGERS ***price to include freight delivery, installation and removal of garbage*** The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-43 effective 02 August 2010.
