- The Government has a need to procure Integrated Vehicle Health Management System (IVHMS) kits and IVHMS peculiar Ground Support Equipment (GSE). The IVHMS kits and GSE are used to improve the H-60 helicopter Fleets readiness level to support vehicle health monitoring of H-60 deployed airframes. This item is restricted to Simmons Precision Products, Incorporated (d/b/a BFGoodrich), 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT 05491-1013 Cage Code 89305. The IVHMS system is approved for use on the US Army H-60 aircraft via the Air Worthiness Release (AWR) process, which is required for all systems that are installed on the H-60 helicopter platform. There is no other source of IVHMS kits and GSE for the US Army H-60 helicopter that has a qualified or approved AWR and MWO that meets the UHPO requirements and current H-60 specifications. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
