- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Terre Haute, Indiana intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410; the small business size standard is 100 employees. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after September 10, 2010, with a due date of September 30, 2010, 2:00 p.m. eastern time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
