Attachment V - List of Questions and Answers The purpose of this Amendment 3 is to: (1) incorporate list of questions and answers - See Attachment V (2) incorporate revised Statement of Work based on questions submitted - See Attachment I (3) incorporate revised SCC CLIN Structure based on questions submitted - See Attachment II. (4) Incorporate Revised SF 1449 IAW Revised SCC CLIN Structure. Please note: Year One Period of Performance is 27 September 2010 or Date of Award to 31 August 2011, whicher is later. All other terms and conditions hereby remain unchanged.
