- Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command(MICC)Center Yuma, Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a four month extension to a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Cibola Information Systems Inc located at 4221 East 30th Place STEB, Yuma AZ 85365-7583. Cibola Information Systems Inc currently provides Global Positioning Integration and Navigation Services to the Yuma Test Center (YTC) at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ. These non-personal services include support in the areas of Integration & Testing, IVTS Enhancements, Special Studies & Test Planning & Execution. The current contract expires on 30 September 2010 and will be extended for a period of four months through 31 January 2011. The extension is necessary to ensure the continuance of services while allowing adequate time to competitively award a follow-on contract. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability provide the required services, interested parties may submit a capability statement or white paper which may be used for market research purposes for the follow-on acquisition.
