Description
Preliminary Plans 5 Preliminary Plans 4 Preliminary Plans 3 Preliminary Plans 2 Preliminary Plans 1 Preliminary Plans Letter Porject Description MT PFH 71-1(1) Petty Creek Road, Lolo National Forest, Missoula County, Montana. This project consists of 11.68 miles of grading, drainage, base, paving, bridge replacement & other smaller items of work. See "Description of Work" for additional details. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS This project is being solicited under 4 bid schedules. The base schedule will be awarded initially. The 3 options schedules may be awarded at time of initial contract award, but they may be awarded later during the summer of 2011. PRELIMINARY PLANS, a Project Description, and a letter with additional project information are posted with this synopsis. Registering at WATCH THIS OPPORTUNITY box insures notification when solicitation documents are posted. When solicitation documents are issued, the INVITATION FOR BIDS ( specifications and plans ) will be posted at this link. Work shall be completed by approximately October 31, 2012. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $10 million and $15 million. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Firms that have been certified by the SBA as a Small Business; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business) : The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
