- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure "NEW" Cable and Wire. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMH00100121, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. NAICS for this requirement is 423610. Delivery Time: 30 Days CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. In paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-5 the following applies: FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award (Aug 1996) (31 U.S.C. 3553); FAR 52.233-4, Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim (Oct 2004) (Pub. L.108-77, 108-78).
