- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 50 High Chairs for the Directorate of Public Works Housing Family Office Fort Richardson, Alaska 99505-6520. (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote Number: WC1JXD0239N023 with Brand Name or Equal Specifications (iii) The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-018 (July 5, 2007) (iv) The acquisition is for 100 % Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 423210 (v) This combined synopsis solicitation contain (1) contract Line Item: CLIN 0001 QuantityUnit Price Chicco Polly 2 in 1 High Chair Double Pad or Equal1Ea Detailed Description: 5 point harness, 2 seat pads, vinyl seat, 7 height positions, 3 recline positions, height adjustable footrest, 2 trays, top tray removable, tray adjustment, 4 wheels, locking wheels, pad must be removable, and washable, chair folds up, for ages 5-36 months and weighing 37lbs, folded dimensions 33 x 20 x 10 in, open dimensions 31 x 25 x41in, Pattern-Splash (vi) Delivery and acceptance is F.O.B. Destination: Directorate of Public Works, Family Housing Office, ATTN: APVR-RPW-HF, Building 602, Fort Richardson, AK 99505-6520 (vii) The following provisions in their latest editions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial (viii) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability, Price and Delivery. Technical Capability and Price when combined is more important than Delivery. (ix) Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their quotes if not registered electronic. Offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of this provision (if applicable) and the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (j) of this provision. A copy of the Offerors Representations and Certifications may be obtained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. (x) The following provision applies, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items. (xi) The following provision applies, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. Award can only be made to contractors registered in Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov). The following additional FAR clauses/ provisions apply, 52.211-6, 52.232-33, and 52.252-1, and are filled-in; to read them see http://www.acqnet.gov/far/. The Government (xii) The following DFARS clauses apply: 252.212-7000, 252.212-700, and 252.232.7003.
