- Revised SOW #1 (Statement of Work) Revisions -#2 ****** A. Proposal due date has been changed to COB 5pm Wednesday, 15 Sep 2010 due to the urgency of the requirement. B. Awardee will be required to complete the first scheduled maintenance within 5 business days of award. C. Proposals will not be submitted to include option years. This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement that is good for up to 5 years from date of award. **Proposals will be broken out per month with totals for the first year. Proposals for all years with options is not required. Annually updated price lists will required for each subsequent year. ****** Site Visit for this requirement has been changed to Tuesday, 7 Sep 2010 @ 1000. The place of the site visit will be the same at Moron Air Base Station. Please direct any questions about the site visit time and place to SSgt Jared Wiedmer. Contact Info below. ******* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is intended only for local sources in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202 (a) (12). Local sources are those sources normally resident, licensed and registered to conduct business in Spain. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation. In accordance with the Agreement of Defense and Cooperation between the Kingdom of Spain and the United States of America, any contract resulting from this notice/solicitation can only be entered into with companies authorized to carry out these activities in Spain under Spanish law. Companies must meet the requirements established by Spanish legislation for execution of Government works. Submit only written quotation for reference number FA5575-10-T-0004. The associated NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Non-personal services: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, personnel, and transportation required to perform automatic door maintenance (In Accordance With) Statement of Work. Services shall be performed at Moron AB, Spain. Contract award will be for 1 base year with 4 option years. Please place your bid based on the base year to include each option year with total. ***A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 7 Sep 2010 at 10:00 am local time.*** Please meet at the visitor and badging center between 9:45 am - 10:00.
