- The Contractor shall provide all the supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance services for the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 West McCabe Road, Santa Nella, CA. Work include: Mowing, trimming, renovation of bare turf areas, tree and shrub maintenance, etc. The contract performance period is the effective date of contract award through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year options to renew the term of the contract. The acquistion is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $7 million. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about September 9, 2010. All requestes for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. No telephone requests will be accepted.
