- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Medical Center, St Petersburg FL intends to purchase a Endoscopy Upgrade System. Open Market materials listed below are required. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing the open market materials and services to complete the procurement of the ENDOWorks Documentation Software & Server with Standard Accessories System to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at bruce.parrish@va.gov or fax 727-399-3346. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, VA-248-10-RQ-0660, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
