- Description
- The National labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to award a sole source contract to the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. BNA will provide print subscriptions to the updates and supplements for various BNA labor law and general legal publications to include the Development Labor Law, 5th Edition - 2010 Supplement. The BNA publications contain copyright protected information which is used by the NLRB attorneys for research and trial preparation. No solicitation or Request for Quotations (RFQ) is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however all responses received before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will also be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
