- The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will result in the award of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The purpose of this procurement is to provide centralized database searches on these systems: NARA (Military), DPRIS (Military), NAPHIS (Bureau of Vital Statistics (BVS)), EVVE (BVS), SAVE (Immigration and Naturalization (INS)), West Law (Periodicals), State Bar License, and the Automatic Central Index (Defense Central Index of Investigation (DCII)). The RFP will be released and may be downloaded electronically at the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) on/about October 15, 2010. Proposals will be due on/about December 17, 2010. The solicitation has been set-aside for small businesses only. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer.
