- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to extend the period of performance through November 30, 2010. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and 41 U.S.C.253(c)(5). This period of performance extension has been deemed necessary for project completion. This opportunity is available only under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-10-0001. This modification will be awarded to Peachtree Mechanical, Inc., 535 Marksmen Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214-4412.
