- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT ACTION. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE GSA E-BUY PROGRAM. This is a notice to inform the general public that this acquisition will be procured through GSA e-buy. The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement, on a fixed-price basis, to supply and deliver various sized Structural Plastic Lumber for Boardwalk Project at Assateague Island National Seashore, Berlin, MD.
