- DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY ENGERGY FY11 ANNUAL FORECAST OF PETROLEUM ACQUISITION In accordance with FAR 52.203(h) the following is the annual forecast of the general type and quantity DLA –Energy anticipates procuring during fiscal year 2011: Bulk and PC&S (Totals: 116.50 Billion Barrels) Bunkers (Totals: 3.50 Billion Barrels) Into-Plane (Totals: 4.50 Billion Barrels) Local Purchases and Cash (Total: 4.00 Billion Barrels) This information is provided as a forecast only. Actual procurement quantities will be specified in the invitation for Bid and Requests for Proposal issued by the various procurement offices within DLA-Energy.
