- The United States Government seeks to lease Class "A" office space consisting of approximately 2,065 rentable square feet in Jamestown, NY within the following delineated area: Northern Boundary: W 8th St, E 8th St Southern Boundary: Newland Ave Eastern Boundary: Winsor St, Allen St, Maple St Western Boundary: Hallock St The space should yield between 1,796 to 1,976 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether the expected rental rate includes the cost of required Government parking. List of building services provided.
