- Responses to Questions received on 9/8/2010 QUESTION 14: I was wondering what the chances were that your office will delay the subject proposal. ANSWER 14: The closing date for quotes remains unchanged. This RFQ requests quotes of an existing commercial-off-the-shelf training solution, and therefore should not require a lengthy proposal development period. QUESTION 15: Is there a packet of documents to complete in order to submit a quote or can the quote be submitting on company letterhead for ED-CFO-10-Q-0091? ANSWER 15: Quotes must be submitted as described in "Submission of Quotes" above, and in FAR 52.212-1 (b), Submission of offers. Any format meeting these requirements is acceptable.
