- Food Subsistence, FY- 2011, 1st Quarter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI, Dublin, is soliciting for multiple food products. Solicitation will close on September 20, 2010 with award being made on or about September 22, 2010. Orders to be delivered within the week of October 04, 2010.
