Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,728 rentable square feet in Rochester, New York, bounded as follows: North: Lake Ontario East: Saint Paul Boulevard South: Route 104 West: Island Cottage Road, south to Lake Ontario Parkway, then south on Route 390 The space should yield between 4,111 to 4,317 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Secure on-site parking for 18 vehicles is required. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, cancellable by the Government after the fifth year. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable 5. FEMA map showing the property location in relationship to Flood and Earthquake zones 6. Evidence of control of the property being submitted In all correspondence include the following: 1. Name, address and telephone number of the individual offering and to be contacted 2. Any information regarding influences unique to the site or building that may affect the occupancy 3.
