- Wage Determination Statement of Work RFQ Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for installation of heat alarm sensors in El Paso, TX. The current requirement is for up to 20 vehicles. Please see attached Statement of Work for details of requirement. Please provide a price quote in terms of a rate per vehicle. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-priced and technically acceptable. Awardee MUST register in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in CCR requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number. Please complete and SIGN the price quote form attached, and return with this form. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SIGN Blocks 13, 14, 15 and 16 on page one of the SF 1449 form. Quotes that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered. All quotes must be RECEIVED by the Contract Specialist no later than September 15th, at 12:00 P.M. NOON Eastern Standard Time (Indianapolis).
