- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Rhonda Clemons, Contracts Specialist, email: rhonda.clemons@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0F0771AX, NOUN: Cover, Access, Aircraft; NSN: 1560-01-585-8708; P/N: 70600-01441-041, Min/Max Quantity: 100/900 each on a five year firm fixed priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery with First Article Test is 100 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 200 each year until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each, 275 DACA and up to 200 each year until contract completion. This is a five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than Small Business concerns. The Government intends to utilize Reverse Auction Procedures. Instructions will be provided in the solicitation. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering and tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. VIOLATIONS OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
