- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the United States Army Legal Services Agency, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Dun & Bradstreet Inc., 4350 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 650, Arlington, VA 22203, to provide a subscription directly related to Contract and Fiscal Law Divisions procurement fraud branch mission. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 14 September 2010 thru 13 September 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 519130 with a size standard of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
