- Brand Name J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and FAR Subparts 13.302, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-47. The solicitation reference number is F4ATA30222A001. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. The business size standard is 500 employees. This request for quotation is for the Megger relay test set and all other items specified in CLINS 0001 through CLIN 0004 below. All quotes must reflect FOB Destination. All Contract Identification Line Items (CLINS) are Megger brand name. Please note that this is a Brand Name Requirement, see the attached Brand Name Justification.
