- The Department of the Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Cascade International, 23907 141st Drive SE Snohomish, WA 98296, a contractor for premium annual support and maintenance for RapidReach Professional 911 dispatch and mass notification phone system. Cascade International supplied the initial equipment and no other vendors are capable of providing the support due to the inability to interface with the current system in place and mapping infrastructure currently at WSMR. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a Capability Statement by 9:00am MT on 10 September 2010. Point of contact for this notice is Jennifer L.
